BACK ON TRACK

Well I'm FINALLY better from this cold that lasted over2 weeks trying to eat right but hard when stuffy and just kinda want soup and Oj. Finally started zumba last night I wasn't as energized as I normally am but I'll get there!! This morning I woke at 5 to walk before work I walked 3miles and Hope to get a chance to use elliptical!

Still sick week 2 :(

So,, week 2now and I'm starting to get better I fear I gained every thing I worked so hard at losing . Not even gonna step on scale till weigh in I want to be surprised with what it is, I was supposed to go to zumba tonight but still stuffy and it's cold outside so I'm gonna push myself tomorrow for sure!!! I don't no how to tell all the other contestants but i'm going to a class in mentor tomorrow and it's only 5.00 i would love to invite people but i'm still a little clueless on computer I have my 12year old help me a lot. Ok I may bundle and walk tonight just to say I did something.

VERY SICK

Sat. was my very last class of excercise, I have been sick ever since and just cant seem to get better, I have done NO exercise and drinking tuns of oj which is loaded in calories :( and soup loaded with sodium I feel bloated so I no I am behind I am soo discouraged I was sooo confident I was going to win this weigh in but with this unfortunate obsticle Ill be happy with 5lbs.

SET A GOAL AND ACCOMPLISHED IT!!!!!!!!!!!!

Day 4 of zumba I am proud to say I did it,, I have NEVER done 4days in 1 week of that class and I was extremley week by the last 20min of class but I stayed the entire class!!! I wish I had a bigger weight loss but Im still very happy with my results, and Its a beautiful sunshine day outside so once I get my second wind Im gonna go for a walk.

PRIORITIES!!!!!!

I am trying to figure out how to have time to work out daily with a full time job, well I decided to set alarm for 5:30 this past week and go for my 3mile walk then, go home get my daughter off to school, pack and go to work, I am tired but I feel good about myself and,,,, I did zumba day 3 WOOHOO!!! I had some challenges today but also some rewards at the end of the day. Today my sister called me and asked if i wanted to go to lunch(itallian) normally,,, I would have but Ive really REALLY got my mind set to accomplish my goals,,, I really hope im the biggest loser this weigh in. Later this evening at my zumba class my instructor called me up front to teach one of the songs to the class right next to her,,, that was the best feeling ever!!!!!!

EXERCISE IS FINALLY PAYING OFF!!!!

Ok day 2 this week of zumba and I felt much better today than on mon. I got stood up by my workout buddies but made a new friend in class. I started to count my calories and track what im eating this week as well it averages any were from 1200-1500 per day so I am sure I will lose 15 this month because when i do zumba I burn around 550-800cals per hour!! so I burned off just about half the cals I consumed not to mention I walked 3miles today in the beautiful sunshine!!!! Ok everyday i do my classes I will blog to keep records of my accomplishments!!!!!!!! Till tomorow...........

GETTING ON TRACK!!!

Well Ive just looked at the sunday paper to see 2 of my competitors have lost almost 20lbs each wow even though this is a contest, I am soooo unbelievably happy for both of them!! Hard work really does pay off an the made the cover of the paper because of it!! I no when i really put my mind to something it can be done NOTHING stops me,, well a realistic thing anyway so my goal this month is to be the biggest weight loss, I do no men do lose the most and super fast, well they both had an amazing jump start so now its a ladies turn to be in first place for the next weigh in I REALLY hope it can be me I hope its a female just to show we can do it too, so Im going to jump it up a bit i currently go to zumba about 2-3times per week I already notice a difference but not too much in weight but definetly in my waiste line so my goal for this entire month is to go 3-4 times minimum. I no its not just about the exercise I have to stop eating the sweets, today I did pretty good, ate veggies and subway hey if jared can do it so can i right?? Well i did zumba class today not because I wanted to but I made a comitment to my friends and i was the driver, I had a horrible horrible headache i get bad migraines from time to time and I really wanted to stay home, but those pushes from my friends and family got me to go tonight and It wasnt easy and i didnt give it my all cuz my head did hurt most of the class but I pushed through it and so glad i did!!!

BEGINNING OF MARCH:

Ok had a very bad weekend so I am afraid to get on the scale Its amazing how one day can hurt you soooo bad, I just hope that all my hard work this past week didnt hurt me that bad and Im still down I will weigh monday morning. I set some goals for myself this week and hopefully for the whole month, I will be trying to do zumba 5days a week I cant explain it but it is the best exercise I have ever done I love doing it with friends and the time just flies Im sure it wont feel the same when i do the video at home alone but hopefully It will give me practice to be a better dancer in class!! I truly believe I have an eating disorder but its only me who can stop it,,, I did great all week at work and while im home HORRIBLE I didnt even have the foods I went out of my way to go to store to get them. Well I hope I stay focused this time we shall see...
