So I got my 2daughters to try and eat right with me since every time I see their food in fridge I end up eating half of it so they both agreed that for the month of May since summer is right around the corner they would both commit to eating healthy, so I cleared out everything bad out of the fridge, the cupboards, pantry and gave away and stashed the dry foods in basement and I'm SOOO proud to say at just ONE WEEK of eating right my 2daughters and myself have lost 14lbs in ONE week!!!! This was the best decision I have ever made in my life If I would have known they were going to agree so easily I would have done this months ago!!!! Sent from Yahoo Mail on Android

This week Im feeling great so motivated I think the weather is making everyone realize that bathing suits and shorts wearing season is here. Too late to try to undo what has been done just focus on how well ive been doing and keep going dont look back or regret heres to tomorow!!

Well even though my I have been losing slowly I have still been losing and I just saw my sister for the first time in a while and she said it looks like I gained weight Omg That couldnt have been any more insulting to me I seriously dont want to even eat but If anything it is helping me push ALOT harder so May is here one month till june I am on a mission.....
