I noticed that some of the contestants are much more motivated, I kinda wish I could have exchanged numbers with those ones who are continuing to do so great having an entire family of obese people makes it almost impossible to stay on track of this up and down I've set a CRAZY goal for the last weigh in to be down another 20lbs it's not impossible but VERY VERY hard so I'm going to try! My daughter leaves for Florida today for 4weeks this Will be the longest I have ever been without her she decided we should have a little contest between the 2 of us and when she gets back see who looks more noticeably thinner !! Sunmmer is the easiest time to diet I believe I've been drinking more water and eating lots of fruit which is keeping me full longer so here's to mommy daughter contest!!! Haven't been able to use my computer, for a few weeks now and my walmart cheap cell phone freezes in the middle of text and email but I should be blogging more so here's update I've been having some issues that have been preventing me from excerise and I really do enjoy exercise but my eating still is ok not too bad, surprisingly my work makes it a little more easy because there's nothing but healthy food Here!!!
