I noticed that some of the contestants are much more motivated, I kinda wish I could have exchanged numbers with those ones who are continuing to do so great having an entire family of obese people makes it almost impossible to stay on track of this up and down I've set a CRAZY goal for the last weigh in to be down another 20lbs it's not impossible but VERY VERY hard so I'm going to try!
