So weigh in is this week,, Im a bit nervous havent been as focused as I should be I am active just need to stay away from the sweets. I made it a goal this week to have NO sweets and must confess I couldnt make it so I got advice from someone that says a little treat a day will prevent you from gorging and I must say it did, so i dont deprive myself of the sweets I just limit them and as long as I stay active at least 30 min a day or more I can burn the treat off!! I am going to zumba again tonight a class were I burn close to 700cals per hour it is hard but fun your more dancing then anything and if you like the music it makes it all the better I highly recomend everyone try zumba once in your life you will sweat.. Ok be back with update on sat. I will be weighing in then and will post my success on here well,, hope to have some kind of results. |
