Well 2days in a row of zumba and I can't walk I set goals for myself that may be a little too high I walked 6miles on Mon then was too tired to go to zumba walked 4tue and 4wed and did zumba then Thu walked3.5 and did zumba And today I'm so sore I can't move And I have an Indians game to go to with dollar dog night not that I am a huge fan of hotdogs but anything unhealthy seems to attract me so we'll see how I do.
