KEEPING ON TRACK!!
Well I've been doing really good sticking with about 1200 cals per day but just not losing as much as I wanted my zumba instructor has been out for a few weeks due to an injury and class just hasn't been the same with out her. I definitely don't feel IM giving it my all, I no I lost but looks to be another small weight loss I did try but I guess my metabolism isn't what it used to be it's soo much harder to lose weight this time. I was soo confident id win ,, now IM just gonna be happy to be at the 5% next weigh in.
