I am finding it really difficult last couple days. I did do zumba monday and wednesday but didnt go thursday. Instead I ate crappy I think that maybe I have an eating disorder cuz i got the exercise down. I think that maybe today I will go to weight watchers and try that its only 13.00 a week from what i hear so if thats true im going there today cuz if it werent for the snacks and sweets and late night eating I would be at my goal weight by now.
