Well I'm going on a vacation to Myrtle beach on Monday so hopefully I have a good week cuz by the time I get back It will be close to weigh in and i did tell Laura i was gonna lose 10lb the next weigh in so I hope that keeps me motivated! Started off right today I already did zumba and burned 700 cals!! I can do this plus there is tuns of walking so that should help!
