RESULTS FOR SECOND WEIGH IN.
Well I'm down exactly 10 I believe I could have done better but I'm still pleased with the weight loss!!! I have definitely lost inches also! Happy to see everyone again and see how they're doing and how they handle the challenges. I still have yet to eat perfectly all week and exercise I can only imagine how much I could lose. Next goal an entire week of daily 1200calories and 1hour of exercise every day!! Hopefully next blog will be that although I have baby shower tomorrow YIKES,,, always something. First weigh in coming up!
Well I stepped on scale this morning and unfortunately it only looks like a 5lb weight loss which really suprises me cuz I just measured and I lost 3inches in my waistline alone so a little confused on it only being 5 but maybe it Will be 10 by Saturday. Sent from Yahoo Mail on Android |

WINTER BLUES
Its monday, feb 10, Today is my day off my goal is to work out 2 hours today because on working days sometimes im lucky if I get in 30 min. Unfortunetly this weekend was HORRIBLE for me I had a migraine friday night into all day sat and I just ate whatever I didnt care and layed down didnt do anything and sunday made spagetti, meatballs and garlic bread for me the kids and I and of course I am an awesome cook so I went for seconds when everyone else did and sat on my ass all day watching tv, I feel like crap today and this weather is depressing me,, dont even want to leave the house but I will. I wont be making it to the dinner this evening even though its free I have to drive out there and give a tip and being a single mom and just lost half my income I have to be as budgeted as possible I am hoping this opertunity for me this week falls through fingers crossed which is also such a HUGE amount of stress on me but I am NOT using stress as my excuse for eating, so TODAY IS GOING TO BE A GOOD DAY!!! I made goals for today and I will accomplish them. Either walk for 45min outside with boots on or do elliptical for 45min and then GI JANE tonight. I will blog again either later today or tomorow to say exactly how I did for my monday!

Well new week all in all i think I did pretty good. I tried this new diet were you only eat specific foods and its a 12 day thing I lasted 5 and just couldnt handle it. I have to remember this is a way of life not a diet and as soon as I get that tatood in my brain maybe I will realize it doesnt have to be hard. I am great at the exercise just wish thats all it took but sweets are my weekness and 2 kids dont make it easy. I just throw away a bunch of things so we can all eat healthy this week!!
