RESULTS FOR WEIGH IN...

Well I made it!! I was pretty sure I would but not as good as I could have done they say slow weight loss is the way it stays off so Hope so. I am setting higher goals for myself one of the competitors told me he runs sometimes even 11miles a day (I thought to myself I could NEVER do that) but why not? He started out with the same challenges as me and he looks amazing. I've decided to set my goals way higher Im not gonna run but I will walk I walk about 3-4miles a day now I'm going to double that EVERY DAY till next weigh in thats 7-8miles a day starting today!! Also gonna stick with zumba 3x per week!

LOVING THE WEATHER

Today is Wednesday And it's not raining so I went for a 4mile walk outside!! I do plan on going to zumba tonight and I did go Monday so I'm feeling energized and happy with the sunshine tomorrow it's suppose to be 80 so I Will definitely be,walking with the nice weather it makes it alot more motivating to get out there cuz summer Will be here in no time.

HAVING A TOUGH TIME

Well had a great weightloss last time but I decided to take off on sat after weigh in to just enjoy the day and unfortunetly sat turned to sun turned to monday and 4lbs up in just 3 days was so unbelievably easy to to. Most of us wait till after the weekend to start our diets back up again but I need to keep in mind this isnt just a diet but a lifestyle change so i am starting back up with that today!

RESULTS FROM WEIGH IN..

I weighed in saturday and lost 9lbs. It felt great to lose that much but also ran into some one who lost 20 last month and 15 this month I couldn't believe how good he looked almost as is he really doesn't need to lose any more maybe just tone up I guess. He's sure to win the competition with results like that every time although they do say guys always lose faster then women that seems to be true. I'm still proud of my accomplishments this month along with everyone else who had good results!!

KEEPING ON TRACK!!

Well I've been doing really good sticking with about 1200 cals per day but just not losing as much as I wanted my zumba instructor has been out for a few weeks due to an injury and class just hasn't been the same with out her. I definitely don't feel IM giving it my all, I no I lost but looks to be another small weight loss I did try but I guess my metabolism isn't what it used to be it's soo much harder to lose weight this time. I was soo confident id win ,, now IM just gonna be happy to be at the 5% next weigh in.
