BACK TO REALITY ....
Ok I'm home now, had such a wonderful time but got off track COMPLETELY having 2kids with me made it feel almost impossible. I have a little over a week to work my butt off as HARD as I can cuz I told Laura id lose 10lbs this next weigh in And I absolutely have to I'm pretty sure I gained 5lbs I feel it but I don't even want to step on the scale so zumba tonight, I'm gonna start walking my 4miles tomorrow I will need to step it up though if I want to lose whatever I've gained and 10more it's probably impossible to do but I will try HARDER today then I have ever done before I really hope I can do this. I do not want to go backwards.
