Zumba is a very busy class and I really dont understand what is wrong with some people but there is a person in my class who never wears deoderant and he smells aweful and this time he stands right by me and I think he had gas also it was just an hour of TORTURE and not because the class was diffucult which it was but I was distracted by the smell I was dry heaving then the teacher tells us to grab a partner and wouldnt you no it he grabs me, the aroma was now left linguring on me the rest of the class these are struggles I just dont no how to overcome because there is no way I can tell him to please put some deoderant on. A new year begins and I am trying it out, I met alot of people and heard alot of encouraging speaches I strongly believe this will be the year I make a difference and make better changes for myself. I dont want this to just feel like a compitition but eventually my goal is to make this easy everyone always dreads dieting but I like hearing it be called a lifestyle change because the only way I will lose this and keep it off is by commiting to this way of life forever. I officially am starting today and my goal is to work out at least an hour per day I am not taking any days off I am going to do exactly what jaimie suggested and 2 days of strentgh training and the rest cardio I am really good at zumba and I love it and it can burn 800 cals in only 1 hour so my goal this week 3 days of zumba, 2 days strenght training and the other 2 45min walks and elliptical. Here it goes!!!!!
