Weigh in was HORRIBLE I knew I'd be up but didn't realize how much how AMBARRASING. I have been working out every day since that weigh in but scale hasn't moved yet but I'm feeling a lot better about myself. I'm confident that I will lose this next weigh in, just up to me how much it will be.
